Welcome to DocNeer (“we”, “us”, “our”). DocNeer is an online platform offering NEET and JEE Physics chapter tests, operated by Shubham Gupta from Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh, India. By creating an account or using docneer.co.in (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account

To use the Service, you must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 should obtain parental or guardian permission before registering. You agree to provide accurate information during signup and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account.

2. Description of the Service

DocNeer provides timed Physics test papers in NEET-pattern format, with +4 / −1 marking, full solutions, and figure-based questions. Some tests are free; others require a Premium subscription. Content is authored by an M.Sc. (GATE-qualified) Physics teacher.

3. Premium Subscription & Payment

Premium access is purchased through Razorpay, our payment partner. Pricing is shown clearly before checkout. Once payment is successful, Premium access is activated immediately on your account. All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). For refund terms, please see our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on DocNeer — including questions, explanations, diagrams, figures, and the platform’s design — is the intellectual property of Shubham Gupta and is protected by Indian copyright law. You may use the content for personal study only. You may not:

DocNeer is a study aid. We do not guarantee any specific examination outcome, including admission to medical or engineering colleges. NEET and JEE results depend on many factors, including the official examinations conducted by the relevant national authorities (NTA, etc.). DocNeer is not affiliated with NTA, NEET, JEE, or any government body.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, DocNeer and Shubham Gupta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, share or redistribute content, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may close your account anytime by contacting us. Refunds (if applicable) will follow the Refund Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use of DocNeer after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh, India.
